I reached out about a toyota seqouia , the young lady made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we ask made me a same day appt. my son and i went there for our appt. with shawn stefut he told us the car had a hold........why make the appt then..we asked to speak to a manager shawn gets jay weigand "used car manger" he says another dealer has a hold on it,..again why set the appt. he says " well i didn't call you.xxx kinda answer is that to a potential customer.. classic bait and switch xxxxxxxx. More
