Excellent Contacted Linda Radue from a family member who has been using her for years. This was my first Volkswagen so I was a little apprehensive. But after Contacted Linda Radue from a family member who has been using her for years. This was my first Volkswagen so I was a little apprehensive. But after testing the Atlas I knew that was the vehicle for our family. Linda and everyone I met at the dealership was professional and courteous. I have only dealt with one salesperson and dealership in 35 years of buying cars that matched the great experience I had but they don't sell Volkswagen's. The weather was lousy and I am from Sioux Falls so I actually had to fly in to get the deal done. Everything from the vehicle to exact pricing was exactly as billed. I was so impressed with the dealership experience that when in the twin cities I plan to just service my vehicle there. And Linda will be the first person I contact when looking for that next Volkswagen. I have a feeling even if I didn't buy the car there we would have parted as friends! Dropping the ball About 6 weeks ago we bought a 2017 Golf Sportwagen. We love the car and got a reasonable deal BUT the customer service has been a disappointment. They `forgot to put a temporary license in the rear window eventhough they had the car `ready' for several days. We didn't realize it until we got home (our bad) and called the dealer. `Ooops. Sorry'. Isn't that a checklist item when selling the car? They did have a nice staff person drive to our home with the paper. Weeks went by and no actual license. A week ago they called and said they need something more from us to complete the title. They claimed they had been trying to reach us. If they had, no one left a message. We drove down, gave them what they need and asked that the plates be mailed to us. They estimated we would have them Wednesday. Today they called and asked that we come down again and pick up the plates. We were supposed to have had the plates by now. If you deal with this firm, you will find a decent selection of autos, nice sales staff but you would be well advised to make your own checklist before you take possession to avoid the annoyance of have to return to finalize the transaction. This is the second auto we have purchased them Burnsville. The first transaction was flawless. This one - well not so much. More

She is a gifted sales person who genuinely cares for her customers. She patiently listened and showed us only cars we might like - never trying to up sale us. When we found the perfect car, she reviewed all of the features with us and how to use them! She took her time and never did we feel that she was rushing to get us out the door and on to the next customer. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was top notch professional and personable including the general manager, Jay Radue. He spent time with us and was so friendly and kind. Truly - I just can't say enough! More
