I originally had a huge issue with this place. My husband and I bought a car, and it died less than a week later. The warranty we bought didn't cover the issues it had. We felt abandoned, used, and alone in and I bought a car, and it died less than a week later. The warranty we bought didn't cover the issues it had. We felt abandoned, used, and alone in our struggles as we have no friends, family, or any means of transportation and this car was extremely important for us to have in order to work and get back on our feet after losing our home and everything we had. I called and left a message with the manager, who never got back to me until after my original review went up (this is an edit). I left many messages with the guy who actually sold us the car- to see if there was anything they could do to help us or at least point us to a mechanic as we weren't getting anywhere and were getting more frustrated by the day. No response or returned calls, and in fact we both feel that he was actively avoiding our calls. Only ONE person helped us figure out a plan, and that was Eric. Working with him, he got in touch with Javid, who in one day was able to help us whereas everyone else had just been avoiding us. My original review was very scathing because we did feel like no one cared- they sold us a car we had been told had been thoroughly checked, only to find out that it wasn't, and it died within a few days and the general attitude was "Oh well" (at least that was our perception). I decided to change my review though, because even though 2 of the 4 people involved avoided us and the situation, the other 2 stepped up and went above and beyond and, working with the dealership and probably the people who weren't returning our calls, did manage to get us up and running again and for that I am extremely grateful. This was a very weird situation as used cars are sold "as is", but leaving us under the impression it had been checked out so it shouldn't die in the first few days, only to have it do just that, is what angered us. That and the lack of communication. I don't know what we would have done if Eric hadn't been as professional as he was and actually responded each time, through all of my panic attacks and freakouts. There needs to be more people like him and Javid there! Anyway, when you initially speak to literally anyone there, they are all super friendly and welcoming. They tell you that they care about their customers and prefer return business so they do everything they can to make people happy. It was a very warm and welcoming environment and maybe that even contributed to my anger, because when there was trouble no one was there like they seemed like they would have been when we first went there. Maybe it was just this situation, I don't really know. But in the end, they helped us and that's what counts. They didn't leave us with nothing and thousands of dollars of metal sitting on the lawn. In the end, my only complaint is towards the 2 people who did not reach out, return calls, or even attempt to communicate with us (and calling as soon as a bad review was up doesn't count, as the first person I tried to reach was indeed the manager and the same person who tried to reach me after reading the review, yet didn't call me back after we missed each other). I feel like I'm going in circles now so I'll end this, but if they were to work on getting back to people and carrying over that caring attitude they give you when you first show up, it would be a great place. The dealership fixed a few items under warranty on a used car I bought 6/2021. Overall they were great, but I did have them fix a “wear item” that I felt should have been covered, as it was making noise whe car I bought 6/2021. I should have had it fixed as a condition of purchase. I did have the wear item replaced during the warranty work, but the 192 I was quoted turned into 221 at pickup, it’s taken care of, it’s fine, I just felt it should have been covered and at minimum not exceeding the quote. Good service center, nice people. Just be sure to question sales on what exactly is covered before you buy a used car, and address concerns before buying. More

Good dealership. I just wish they could take care of my problem. I first brought my car in for some recall issues and problems with my radio. What started as a regular visit for a scheduled oil change, (by the way, three years ago I bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander from My Auto Imports- - I've never been happier with a used car), turned out t change, (by the way, three years ago I bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander from My Auto Imports- - I've never been happier with a used car), turned out to be an incredibly awesome experience ! The car was serviced within the normal 30 minutes and the time came to pay. I pulled out my phone and proceeded to look for that e-mail which I thought had that coupon for a free oil change. I not only couldn't find it, but didn't have any cards or cash to pay the bill. When these facts came to light, there were no questions asked. My Auto Imports, from the cashier to the floor manager, is an incredible organization! My Auto Imports is always completely professional, and they really appreciate their loyal customers. Thank you My Auto Imports, I'll never have to shop around for a car, new or used, ever again ! More

Excellent attention to detail w/ vehicle maintenance. Customer service was provided by the whole VW Service Team. What a difference it makes when you receive excellent customer service, communication & pride of their positions within the service department. From calling in to be scheduled in an emergency circumstance, scheduled appointment, loaner vehicle & communication through out the service, I would highly recommend the Service Department. Each one in their position made it very comforting to know they were working on the issue, completing all necessary documents, providing comfort during a sensitive visit to the area & getting the vehicle back on the road w/ confidence.
