I feel the lady making the appointments could be more knowledgeable regarding auto service. I said I needed and alignment and she did not schedule it. As a result my car was not finished until 6:00 pm be knowledgeable regarding auto service. I said I needed and alignment and she did not schedule it. I had a very satisfying experience with Jason. Jason listened carefully to my list of issues that needed to be fixed. Alex also stopped by to set up a date in November to have my car fixed for a recall issue. I think you have a great employee in Bree. She is very pleasant and organized. The previous time I brought my car in, I dealt with Robert and had a bad experience. He came into work at 9:30 am when my appointment was at 9:00. Then he reported that the equipment to fix a Porsche recall did not come in and there was nothing that could be done. He did not explain why I was not called before my appointment to save me a useless trip to Rusnak. IO was not happy. More
