He call Mr Bill Dabney, who sold him his 2010 Chevrolet Silverado. Mr Dabney looked over the stock the dealership had and told my husband of the 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ that had just came in. My husband stopped by the dealership and looked over the Traverse and liked (loved) what he saw. We set up the time to come in to purchase the Traverse and confirm the purchase before we even test drove it. Mr Dabney is a wonderful representative of Bob Hook and we knew he was putting us in a very good vehicle. I saw the Traverse the day we purchased it and loved it. I tell everyone of this dealership, their good vehicles, an great sales staff. Mr James Dugger helped us with the financing and made the process quick and easy. More

My First Car This was my first experience with buying a car. I had been driving my moms since I got my license and it was time for me to get my own vehicle. I had spent weeks online and at dealers looking for a used vehicle I could afford. I was never satisfied with anything and nothing I saw was in my price range. My dad suggested Bob Hook. I made an appointment and the following Monday I was at the dealer. When we went there, Derek and Jason both worked hard to get me a vehicle I could afford as well as one that I actually liked. They were tremendously patient and understanding of my situation and made sure I knew EVERYTHING I needed to know about the car, the buying process, financing etc... They answered all of my questions,plus gave me some advice and today I drove off with my new (to me) 2014 Nissan Sentra! More
