Experience went well in peak of Covid 19 pandemic My sales person Amer Hajou went out of is way to make my purchase of a 2020 Rav go smooth. He is an asset to the Boch Toyota Dealership. Never any sales pressure in the process it was a painless transaction. Amer went out of his way to drive the car to my home so my wife could see it. An extremely smooth & painless transaction! I was looking for a specific spec and color of a Toyota Tacoma. I found it online at Boch. They gave me the best pricing over several other dealers i looking for a specific spec and color of a Toyota Tacoma. I found it online at Boch. They gave me the best pricing over several other dealers in the north east. I also got a trade-in value thousands over the other dealers too. Drove out from Albany, NY to complete the transaction. My only negative was communication was sometimes lacking, or I would have to follow up a few times to get a response back - but besides that, it was a super painless deal. Thanks! More

Did not like how the sales manager tried to be sneaky when it came to negotiating the final price. The hand sanitizer stations where empty and when I wanted water I had to pay for it. My finance rep was when it came to negotiating the final price. The hand sanitizer stations where empty and when I wanted water I had to pay for it. My finance rep was not listed but he was excellent. Based on my experience with the sales manager I would not recommend Boch even though everything else was excellent. Did everything virtually. Went in and all went smoothly - no surprises. My only issue was paying for a sticker at closing and a sticker was not possible. They will reimburse me once i get a sticker, but it no surprises. My only issue was paying for a sticker at closing and a sticker was not possible.
