Amazing service I came in late afternoon because of an issue with my tire And Olivier Celestin assisted me right away without any hesitation. While i was waiting for the vehicle, i ran into Jarrett Ziemak (my regular go to service advisor) and he went down right away to check out the situation as well. Within 10 minutes of getting my car into the dealership for a steering problem, my advisor Jarrett Ziemak had gotten the problem diagnosed and a mechanic was working on it. He advised me that it was under for a steering problem, my advisor Jarrett Ziemak had gotten the problem diagnosed and a mechanic was working on it. In addition to making sure my requested service was completed, Jarett went out of his way and worked "outside the box" to resolve a unique repair issue. I was VERY SATISFIED as to what he was able to accomplish, with substantial financial savings on my part(being retired and on a fixed income, every penny saved helps).
