This is our second time into a Wickstrom dealership and our visit was Great. From the time we entered the dealership till the time that we drove off in our 2021 TrailBlazer , the help we received from Brad our visit was Great. From the time we entered the dealership till the time that we drove off in our 2021 TrailBlazer , the help we received from Brad Dixon was 5 star plus more . He made us feel at home , took the stress out and answered all of our questions , we couldn't ask for a better person to help us with our purchase. The dealership and it's employees there treated us with respect and they weren't pushy ,Our son purchased his car from them a while back and enjoyed the experience there, so it would make perfect sense to purchase from them as well I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them , and when you're there ask to see Brad . We talked with other dealerships in the area , but they were no match to the quality and service that we got from Wickstrom Chevy, A Big Thank You goes out to Brad, Jerad and to Bill in Finance. More

World's best salesperson and dealership! I was in the market for a new Equinox so I could gift my 2014 Equinox to my daughter. I shopped on line, knew what I wanted and wen in to see my favo I was in the market for a new Equinox so I could gift my 2014 Equinox to my daughter. I shopped on line, knew what I wanted and wen in to see my favorite salesperson, Mark Conover about getting it. Mark understood and started shopping. Well, there weren't any with everything on my wish list, but Wickstrom had several in inventory that were close, and he worked it out so that the leather seats could be installed by Wickstrom after the fact. I was only a little disappointed, but agreed. Later that night, Mark called and told me that first, he had found my ideal car in Michigan ... but MIchigan was completely shut down, dealers closed. Another call came in ... Mark found my car in MIssouri!!! I was thirlled, but concrned. The next thing I know, Mark drove to Missouri to make the dealer trade HIMSELF and brought my beautiful and perfect 2020 Equinox to me!! Meanwhile, I took the 2014 in for a "last" oil change and service ... they did a special cleanup because they knew what was going on and I was almost in tears with gratitude and joy. I've been a customer of Wickstrom for many years ... this kind of service, attention and dedication is why!!! Thank you, everyone. Mark deserves a special commendation.. More

Jarod Wickstrom & Mark Conover always take time to ensure we are satisfied & truly seem concerned about us as people & just not customers. That’s very important to me in today’s world as I care about them too as the relationship goes both ways. Out of Gas and Unappreciated My wife and I had just been to the auto show and were unsure about what direction we wanted to go on our new car purchase. Chevy had three models we My wife and I had just been to the auto show and were unsure about what direction we wanted to go on our new car purchase. Chevy had three models we were interested in. A good friend of ours recommended Sean Kersey at Wickstrom. After some email communication with Sean we had narrowed down our choices. We still wanted to spend some time looking at and getting a feel for the two options were considering. From there we would make a decision on moving forward and deciding on a model. Sean was completely understanding of our situation and how we wanted to proceed forward. We made an appointment to go in and see Sean. When we got there Sean was busy with a different customer and were handed off to Drew Chuipek. We were a bit unhappy about this, as Drew was totally unaware of the two weeks of emails and decisions we had made with Sean. After catching Sean up on some of the conversations he instantly went into "sales mode" and wanted to talk money instead of showing us the cars and discussing the differences in model years, trim levels, and options. We were interested in a convertible Camaro, and without bothering to show and discuss the one on the sales floor...we were tossed a set of keys on a cold day. My wife pointed out that the vehicle they had sitting outside displayed "low fuel", "0 miles to empty", and "low tire pressure". When my wife questioned these items we were assured that there was "plenty of fuel", and "its cold out, tires always are low in the cold". So instead of remedying these issues...we were sent on our way without a single demonstration of any vehicle features or options. We drove less than 10 minutes and ran out of gas. When I called and reached the sales staff, it was treated as a giant joke, while we sat in the cold on Roselle Rd. Meanwhile traffic flew by us, honking and dealing with the usual idiotic motoring public. Some 20-25 minutes later Drew showed up with a fuel can, and once again set us on our way. When we got back, instead of talking about the car...we were set off in the Impala we were considering...again without a single moment of discussing options and features of the vehicle. During the test drives my wife and I were able to discuss the vehicles and clearly we wanted the Camaro. When we got back Drew and the Used Car Manager insulted us with a lowball offer on our trade. The trade value offer was 5k below the "clean trade" from KBB and NADA. This was the final straw with Wickstrom. Over the course of a week or two after we left, we got a few canned responses in which they apologized for what occurred...We won't be back. We contacted a family friend who runs a local Dodge dealer...he made us 1k above "clean trade" cash offer on our vehicle as we have had ALL of our service done there, and he knows how clean and meticulous I am with my vehicles. Additionally, he offered us a below market deal on a new Challenger R/T. Sadly, we did not take the deal as the wife has her heart set on a convertible. After dealing with Wickstrom, our family friend at Dodge told us to look nationwide as he can have a vehicle delivered to us. He is helping us to locate a specifically equipped Camaro SS, or we will order one from another dealer he is good friends with. More

I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out. More
