To begin I was so scared to buy a car because my first time buying a car went terribly. I expressed these concerns to Gordie and we made me and my husband feel very comfortable purchasing a car here. As well as to the manager who helped us with the finance application he was great. So thank you so much to the amazing team at Big West Ford. First I am not a relative or associate. This is based on my dealership experience. This is my way of paying it forward to anyone looking for a ford. I called the Dealership after try This is based on my dealership experience. This is my way of paying it forward to anyone looking for a ford. I called the Dealership after trying others that had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Patrick was the salesman, and I asked for his best price on the vehicle I had chosen. He called me back in less than 30 min with a price $$$$ less than the (we will not be beat) dealership. I then asked for a deal on accessories, he took the list, then called back again shortly with an agreement. Wow, I would pick up the vehicle in a couple weeks when I can get into Edmonton, he stated we will deliver it no worries, on us. He then passed me onto Alicia in parts. Alicia, not only did she assist me with finding the right parts for my vehicle, but sent me updates and pics as the new parts were installed, What an incredibly personal touch. She was a major reason our nice vehicle became an outstanding one as my wife proclaims. Finally Eddy, when a mistake was found he didn't hesitate, he stated we will fix this and honestly within minutes had come up with a solution, in my favor that more than made up for the error. The people I mentioned at this dealership have Integrity, a word and meaning lost to so many other dealerships. When my dealings concluded today I knew this was something I should share. One call made a big difference to me, as I hope you will also find out. My vehicle was delivered with a full tank of fuel, just like the old days. More
