First of all all the people in the dealership were extremely helpful. I ordered a new chrysler Pacifica from the factory and they were quite helpful in helping me choose the options I wanted but also suggesting some options the I probably did not need. They kept me apprised of the status in manufacturing and delivery. Most importantly that were able to make arrangements for me to have it titled and registered in florida. The sales person was extremely responsive and did everything he could to make the process flow well. Once the car arrived he took quite a bit of time to set up Sirius/XM radio and the bluetooth with the I phone. He also took great pains and time to introduce and train us on several of the features of the van. He was very helpful when I returned after taking delivery to resolve issues I had regarding some features where I did not understand how they worked. In summary the overall experience was outstanding. More

Finally getting the toy I have always wanted! My trip to Crown started out not so good. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and they have good prices on Jeeps. I went to the lot and the first salesman pretty much blew me off. I returned he and went through my own bank for loan approval. I was having problems finding exactly what I wanted, so I called back to Crown and was put on Contact with Dan Bray. We discussed the possibility of working on a deal. He apologized for the previous salesman and assured me he would do better than my bank. I returned to the lot and was greeted by James Williamson. He was very attentive to my situation. James was very professional with the details of the purchase. I have always wanted a Jeep Wrangler and together James and Dan made it happen. I am very grateful for their professional actions and positive attitude. It's nice to know good service still exists! More

He was very helpful and our kind of salesman personality. He answered all questions and was very helpful with our decisions. He was not at all pushy nor rude in seeking us this truck. He was a perfect personality to match to ours for purchasing a Jeep. We had lots of paperwork to sign and was in kind of a hurry. We had S.Duboe to do our paperwork. He was also very helpful and fast without skipping anything we did not understand. His personality was also very matching to ours making the decision enjoyable not stressing. Another good employee!
