Found Exactly What I Wanted!! After getting in a terrible car accident and totalling my 2015 Encore, I had just a few days left in a rental and needed to get something else quickly After getting in a terrible car accident and totalling my 2015 Encore, I had just a few days left in a rental and needed to get something else quickly. It was no debate that I wanted another Encore after rescue stated how lucky I was and that the Encore held up very well in the accident. I went to Nimnicht knowing exactly what I wanted, features, color and everything. Much to my surprise and kudos to Nimnicht for having exactly what I wanted in there inventory. The sale went smooth and all the staff were all great, helpful and very friendly. I can't thank Nimnicht enough for a seamless transaction and a great experience!!! More

What a joke! Found a used car they advertised online, and we called ahead to make sure they still had the car available before we drove AN HOUR to come look at it Found a used car they advertised online, and we called ahead to make sure they still had the car available before we drove AN HOUR to come look at it. Tessa told us they still had the car available, and she even confirmed it with her manager, James. We got there a few hours after the call, and the sales guy tells us that they sold the car last week. The manager and sales woman wouldn't even come out to talk to us personally when we got there. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. More
