When my husband and I stopped at Finch Hyundai I was just starting the process of physically shopping for a car because I'd already done hours of rese When my husband and I stopped at Finch Hyundai I was just starting the process of physically shopping for a car because I'd already done hours of research on-line to determine what was out there when it came to the smaller SUV market. So, I have to admit I might have been a bit of an easy sell since along with my on-line research I've been a Hyundai owner for close to 30 years and both of my previous Hyundai vehicles were both excellent cars. However, what took us from window shopping to actual shopping that day was the salesperson, Jihad Chams. Along with his professional and friendly manner Jihad's product knowledge went a long way in assuring me that Hyundai had once again made a vehicle that would meet my needs and enable me to travel comfortably and economically wherever I needed to go. I really love my new Kona and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller SUV to drive and if you're in need of a sales person who knows their product and will guide you through the buying process than I would definitely recommend Jihad Chams, Jmal Hijazi and the rest of the staff at Finch Hyundai.
