I was thoroughly taken care of, the service was fast and effective, Jaime's customer service was superior and exactly what every customer needs, and the lounge, support staff and accommodation provided in the waiting room were perfect. I will return to Infiniti of South Bay.

Our team should have communicated with you in advance and we apologize if this did not happen. Please know that we shop our competition monthly to ensure that we are in-line with current repair prices. Also please understand that we are going to be more expensive than the repair center on the corner. This is because our technicians are certified and INFNITI trained. Often you'll save money with us because we can diagnose and repair the issue better and faster than a tech that is not trained on the INFINITI brand.
