The service provided this visit was a very good reason to use Shottenkirk Nissan. They corrected an item that may have unintentionally been missed on the last servicing. When I contacted them, they conscient use Shottenkirk Nissan. They corrected an item that may have unintentionally been missed on the last servicing. When I contacted them, they conscientiously listed to my explanation of the issue, immediately scheduled an appointment to correct the issue and did not charge me for the correction. That is dependable and accountable service. More

The Service Man was excellent. I was a little upset when I got home and my Mudflap did not have but one pin put in it, and it was still loose. I could go over a bump, and loose it I was a little upset when I got home and my Mudflap did not have but one pin put in it, and it was still loose. I could go over a bump, and loose it. I will have to take it back, so they can add another pin, like I asked, and make sure it's secure and doesn't move. All my others are tight. I need this one to be tight too. I would really appreciate them doing it right. More
