I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to see if they could offer me a shuttle service. The sale person I spoke to over the phone wasn't so professional nor being accommodating. It was more like if you take a taxi here and buy a car, then I will give you a ride home. I did remember the person's name and finally had a chance to go there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, he was my sales person at the store. I liked a car, but I didn't appreciate his attitude nor his customer service. I just rushed back home as I felt awful after that experience at ToyotaTown. I decided to give a call to his manager, Jackie Vera to explain the whole situation. She listened my entire story and first apologized for his behavior. She was very understanding and accommodating. I could feel that they are here for customer service to meet the customers' needs and satisfaction not just to sell cars. She gave her direct work cell phone number so that I could do the transaction directly with her. She was very helpful even when it was her day off. If you go to the store, you will see her walking around everywhere being busy, yet she will do her best to answer you and meet your needs/satisfaction. She did not only make sure I chose the right car and I was happy about it but also followed up to see how I like the car. She just wow-ed me. I went to so many dealerships, but haven't met a manager who's so caring and considerate. I am very happy with my purchase and confident that my next car purchase will happen at ToyotaTown again. Strongly recommended! More

Striking a favourable deal with Sean was easy. He helped explain the process and the paperwork, the test drive was so informative. The car was ready when promised exactly as planned. There were a few items (as a used car this is normal) that weren’t evident to me upon delivery. Sean and Sales Manager promptly addressed and remedied my concerns (just a few tiny dents was all). The follow up has been very good on both Sean’s and the Dealerships part. I feel so confident I made the right choice in choosing ToyotaTown and Sean O’Grady. I have since referred and will continue to refer business his way. More

I met my salesman, Geordie Hock, who walked me through the steps of what I was looking for, my needs, my wants. From there we went out on a test drive of a Rav 4 SE. We talked afterwards and I left to do more homehome. I was back ina couple of weeks. My homework involved trying other vehicles but nothing compared to the RAV4 for what it offered. As a salesman Geordie was most accommodating and willingly provided me with various pricing schemes until we determined one that fits my needs. Great service. The service plan, warranties were all laid out and explained in detail. Geordie saw to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions throughout the vehicle buying process. I am thrilled with my vehicle. More

The dealership stood by the vehicle on a few issues to be repaired and service was rapid and complete. Jackie, Nick's manager, was also a person we felt we could trust. He was so helpful and made everything stress free and quick. Made me feel right at home. They took care of everything so I didn't have to. There it was - our 'new' 2012 Prius V (in red, no less!) clearly listed with all the amenities we were looking for and even some surprising extras! An email sent out over the weekend by us was quickly and professionally responded to by Tara Shepherd, the Customer Care Department specialist. Tara linked us with Product Advisor, Stephanie Davis, who I requested through her glowing recommendations found here on these reviews. We drove that evening to the dealership and we were NOT disappointed as Stephanie identified our needs immediately, worked tirelessly for our offer (even past closing time!), and successfully landed us a deal that we were more than pleased to receive from Jackie Vera in Finance. Everyone involved in the process provided a genuine interest in ensuring that my interests and needs were met. I enjoyed each interaction with the various employees who helped me directly with my decision to choose Toyota. The vehicle aside, I wouldn't have conducted my business unless I felt confident and comfortable with the dealership. The environment at Toyota-Town was second to none in my opinion. Having worked in a customer service industry for over 20 years, I can identify quality genuine service quickly.
