Great sales guy I met with jack Callahan who walked me through every step and wasn't like a typical sales guy. He wasn't pushy at all or try to have me go one way. Exceptional Customer Service I went to look for a car for my grandson who's attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott...My grandson did preliminary research on th I went to look for a car for my grandson who's attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott...My grandson did preliminary research on the type(s) of car(s) of interest--he'd been in email contact with Jack Callaghan prior to our visit to the show room. Jack Callaghan met us upon arrival and showed us a few cars that met my grandson's specifications. After my grandson decided on the specific car he wanted, Jack Callaghan worked with us to arrive at a mutually agreeable price and inclusions! The buying experience was an extremely pleasant one--no pressure selling! I sincerely appreciate Jack Callaghan's very professional and "no pressure" approach! My grandson is very happy with his "new" car...It's a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX with a little over 21,000 miles. A big mahalo to Jack Callaghan!!!!! More

They had the WRX I wanted, added the extras I wanted, and gave me a price that I am confident was fair. The salesmen (Charlie Webb and Jack Callaghan) and the finance department (Karen Cain) made this by far my best car buying experience. The attention to detail, the warm staff, and the patience shown to me is head and shoulders above the rest. I would recommend that anyone who is in the market for a Subaru make Subaru Superstore one of your stops, if not your only stop! More

An absolute Awakening There was nothing like it!! No hassle; no tweaking; no pressure; no huffing or puffing.. none! We were in the market for a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited There was nothing like it!! No hassle; no tweaking; no pressure; no huffing or puffing.. none! We were in the market for a 2016 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i sporting a Wilderness Green coat. Sent the same basic request to four other Dealerships. All responded but varied in price (lots of add-ons) and minimal communication or lack of answering. The one and only individual that took the time to correspond with me (I am deaf) via e-mail without a whimper was Subaru Superstore's Jack Callaghan. This individual is an absolute credit to the staff of Subaru Superstore's team, bar none. Go for Jack next time if you can get him..he's a busy man. Oh, not to forget to applaud and give thanks to ALL these individuals in the store who served us so well, even the owners wife Lisa stopped to say "Hi" and welcomed us. More

Through the use of a used car evaluation form and pictures we came to a mutually agreeable price for my trade-in. I drove about 250 miles to Chandler and within two hours I was leaving with my new Crosstrek. So when I started looking for the Subaru I wanted I did not look for a particular dealership but I was looking for a particular car. I had been looking for this car for months And in the months of looking Subaru superstore was the first one of many dealerships around the nation...",yes nation because I was looking all over the US":))... to list this car for a fair price with amazingly low miles in great condition!!I knew I could not miss this opportunity so I emailed Subaru superstore and within 30 minutes I got an email and a phone call both from Jack Callaghan:) ..Jack was super helpful very informative friendly willing to help you as best as he could he never pressured me and I explain my situation and about how they have the car I been looking for but that I lived over 700 mile away in Tahoe! Jack completely understood my situation And help me get the car that I have always wanted a day later he made it possible and I was on a plane to Arizona to pick up my car. Jack made shopping online for a car very comforting and easy he always responded via email text or call asap, and was on point when I arrive at the airport with a ride for me to superstore... Not only am I ecstatic about my Forester, but I am very grateful for the staff that helped me through my first vehicle purchase. Lisa was so kind and made me feel incredibly welcome. Jack Callaghan was phenomenal- he was patient, informative, hilarious, and made no attempt to push me past my comfort zone. My parents were with me when I purchased my Forester- Jack did such a great job that they are now looking forward to trading in their Kia for a Crosstrek. Pierre was great as well- with the dozens of financial questions my family and I had; he was easygoing and had an answer for them all. They both made me completely comfortable. Please know that your staff has forged a new relationship with a lifelong Subaru customer. More
