In business to serve the customer, Jim Timpson was 1sr. ,class. Dr. Doug Brown. Talked on phone with Jim prior to driving almost an hour to look at a used vehicle. What a great experience at Cox Chevrolet! My husband and I went in to check out a pre-owned vehicle and in lest than 2.5 hours, we were driving it off the lot! The entire team was amazing My husband and I went in to check out a pre-owned vehicle and in lest than 2.5 hours, we were driving it off the lot! The entire team was amazing to work with, especially our sales consultant, Jim Timpson. Even though we arrived about 20 minutes early for our appointment, he came out and took care of us right away. He really took the time to make sure we loved the vehicle – we never felt rushed. Jim also spoke very highly of the Cox group, you can tell he truly enjoys where he works and making customers happy is his top priority. Also, a big thanks to Damion who made financing a breeze.
