Illi Aabid was my sales representatives and she was amazing. I went in wanting a new high end SUV but ended up completely changing my mind last minute after she had spent a full day preparing what I th amazing. My wife had a change of heart and ended up wanting a new EQS 580 SUV. Illi was very gracious about the entire situation and gave us 3 days to cool off and decide what would be best for us. She was very clear about the fact that what was most important to her is that we are truly happy with our decision. On top of this, she was kind,patient and very courteous offering us drinks and food and really going above and beyond to be an amazing host. She made sure to find the exact color and package my wife wanted and never tried to push something onto us that would benefit her or the dealer. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles over my lifetime as I am a business owner and family man. I have to honestly say that she has been the absolute BEST customer sales representative I have EVER experienced. SERIOUSLY!! I will never go to anyone else again unless I have to. We will be purchasing a new GLC for my daughter in the upcoming months and will be going straight to her. Even my daughter loved her. I really hope management does everything they can to keep this one ☝️... More

We were surprised at how clear and up front Illy Aabid was with us. Illy put up with our odd behavior.,showed patience. She was up front with the good and bad the unit we needed to see. Daniel Urioste and the rest of the team were amazing. I’ve been to a few dealerships where it seemed like I had to beg to be helped. At Walter’s, the experience was great from the start. They immediately greeted me, gave me water and offered snacks while they pulled the car up. Now a days you go somewhere and they have ZERO knowledge about the product, this wasn’t the case with Daniel. He explained all the features of the car and was extremely knowledgeable. I was unsure if this was the car I wanted in the beginning, but I loved that I wasn’t rushed to make a decision and was able to take my time to browse other cars as well. They definitely earned a loyal customer. More
