Personnel was excellent to work with. Through no fault of theirs, the issue with my NEW tundra was not rectified. I have a fuel gauge issue that is supposedly under investigation with Toy Through no fault of theirs, the issue with my NEW tundra was not rectified. I have a fuel gauge issue that is supposedly under investigation with Toyota, not at all pleased with the situation. If not fixed, I will have to replace the truck. My experience in the past has always been Toyota is an excellent and dependable company. This is very very disappointing. More

Failed to provide appropriate support previously two times in concern about transmission while under extended warranty. Just paid $8300 for repair. I'll never buy another Toyota. I made a phone call to check up on the vehicle we had dropped off at 9 a.m. My phone call was made at approx 1 p.m. the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant and was rather rude. She told me Ian dropped off at 9 a.m. My phone call was made at approx 1 p.m. the lady that answered the phone was not pleasant and was rather rude. She told me Ian would call me back which he promptly did and Ian was just as rude if not worse than the lady who answered the phone. He had no update, I asked for an eta and he told me sometime before 4:30. I also work in customer service and i never treat my customers like that! More

I love that you guys have the text feature and status update. a lot of places don't do that at all which is helpful for younger generations with phone anxiety. Also liked how Ian explained everything before I handed the keys over and I didn't feel like I was talked down to or tricked into purchasing additional/cosmetic services. I left telling my fiance I wanted to come back for future services. To be continued! More
