The service center employees were very rude when I asked them to clean the sticky residue on my windshield from the previous mileage sticker, they eventually cleaned it off but then I noticed a mud guard in them to clean the sticky residue on my windshield from the previous mileage sticker, they eventually cleaned it off but then I noticed a mud guard in the wheel-well was loose and I asked them to tighten the bolts because it was not like that when I dropped it off for service and the service manager was very condescending and snarky when he fixed it. I was very upset with how I was treated and my vehicle was treated, I have had great service at Toyota of DSM in the past with my previous vehicle but this time around was a lot different. More
