I came in with a strict cash budget and intended to purchase a used vehicle. i was welcomed by Mike, who was very friendly and not pushy. He took the time to learn what I was interested in and understood my budget. After the first visit we followed up several times and negotiated a great price for a new Accord that ultimately came under my budget, which really surprised me. I felt Mike was more an advocate for me than the dealership. The finance side of the sale was laid out clearly and took into consideration certain reservations I had, and were very accommodating. All in all I would say this dealership made this experience very enjoyable and I would recommend the dealership and Mike to anyone. More

My initial impressions of Bill Page After considerable research on the vehicle, I had stopped by a few dealerships in the area to test drive the car. My initial impressions of Bill Page Honda were the best. I was initially helped by Billion Dano and Jeremiah Hill, with whom I had subsequently corresponded by email. When I returned to the dealership several days later with a few quotes in hand and prearranged financing, I was further assisted and finalized the purchase with Maureen Erengwa and Hugo Marano; the financing and all the paperwork were expertly handled by Omar Elbardisi. Making a major expensive purchase is nerve wracking, and I expected to spend hours of back and fourth torturous negotiations. The experience turned out to be entirely different--the interaction was delightful; all the staff were very friendly (without being over-the-top), cooperative, and approachable. I had all my questions patiently answered, I had not felt pressured of making decisions, and was provided ample time to think, recalculate, and have things explained and confirmed again when needed. The final out-the-door cost that was better than I had anticipated, and the financing alternative provided by the dealership was a better deal than my pre-approved rate. I had spent about three hours at the dealership, with most of the time spent by me verifying all the numbers and going through the financing paperwork. I was very pleased by the experienced and having purchased the car I wanted at a price I liked without compromises and hassle. More

She w As the title states this was my first time purchasing car. Overall I’m glad I came to Bill Page Honda. Marureen Erengwa was my sales person. She was nothing but kind towards me. When I first came in I told her all I wanted was transparency. Luckily, to my surprise, she was actually pretty transparent with me throughout the entire process. Overall she did a good job. Hugo (the manager who oversaw the process) was extremely kind! And most of all, he gave me an outstanding price!!! He also did a wonderful job. Peter (in financing) on the other hand rubbed me the wrong way a bit. Towards the very end I almost accidentally signed off to get a warranty, which I explicitly stated I did not want. The way he presented the warranty options made it seem as if I had to chose on of the options. I think he said something like, “now chose one of these” (the options were listed on an iPad). It wasn’t until I asked for a print out of all the costs broken down that I saw it was an extended warranty. This kind of ticked me off. If I was feeling petty enough and if the price wasn’t so great I would have left and gone somewhere else. This was not being transparent, which is all I asked for. Anyways, I understand this comes with the industry and it is his job is to make the dealership as much money as possible but I guess I just thought we were on the same page by then. Overall I highly recommend Bill Page Honda! More

Also, it would be nice to have a special area in any dealership to take a great picture of the buyer with its brand new car purchase. This would be great for dealership and brand model awareness in social media! A nice thank you gift from the dealership could be given to those who share the pic in their social media! I would gladly refer people to this dealership and I hope my constructive feedback would be taken in consideration! Looking forward to driving my brand new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L car! More

Hugo and the dealership were more pleasant and straight-forward than Brown's Honda in Arlington, which is why we bought the car in Falls Church rather than Arlington (where we live).
