Easy buying experience We just purchased a new car using the Costco Auto Program through Herb Chambers. Working with Howie and Tony made the process incredibly straightforwa We just purchased a new car using the Costco Auto Program through Herb Chambers. Working with Howie and Tony made the process incredibly straightforward and easy. There was little pressure to make a decision that day which was different than other dealers we have been at. We left happy and decided to buy the car the next day! Tony found us exactly what we wanted within a few days it we took delivery a week later. Great experience! More

Exceptional Dealership I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Ho I bought a new RAV4 on 2March2015. I would be remiss if I did not comment on the exceptional support and service I received at this dealership. Mr Howie Reske and his staff were by-far the best group of car sales people I have ever dealted with. (Over the last 17 years , I have purchased 8 new cars, 7 different dealers.) My sales representative was Mr. Eugene Montague and finance rep was Mr. M. Aubuchan. The service department was also of great service and support; the personnel I came in contact with were truely professional and supportive. Because of the amount of snow in Boston, I could not park on the street. They found space in the service area for my car. It was purely incidental that I visited Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston. My granddaughter wanted a RAV4 and she attends college in Boston. After we picked her up for a weekend in Westport, MA, we visited this dealer. It turned out to be a great decision. I also would like to comment on my sales rep, Mr Montague. He was by-far the overall best sales person I have ever met. The most courteous, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I'm sure this man has a rewarding career ahead of him. Congratulations to Mr. Reske and his staff. More

A Wonderful Experience I would totally recommend this dealership. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome and appreciated. Howie and Kathie were terrific to work with. They worked with me for 3 hours as I wasn't sure if I want to purchase or lease. After giving me all the facts they gave me some time to think about my options. I chose leasing which for me was perfect. Not for everyone I know but trust me when I tell you that this dealership will hold you hand through every step of the way to make sure that you are comfortable with the decision you make. Walking in I had every intention of visiting a few dealerships before making my decision. As it turned out it was not necessary. More

Great 1st Toyota Experience My car was no longer cutting it in the snow so I went to Toyota of Boston looking for an all wheel drive vehicle. Both Howie and Joshua took the time My car was no longer cutting it in the snow so I went to Toyota of Boston looking for an all wheel drive vehicle. Both Howie and Joshua took the time to go over the features of both the Venza and Rav 4 with my husband and I and Joshua let us test drive both. We ultimately went with the Rav 4 and Joshua did everything in his power to get it for me as soon as possible so that I would have it before the big storm hit that weekend. The dealership has a very welcoming and customer service oriented environment. It was great first experience with Toyota and I would definitely recommend Joshua, Howie and the entire team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston to my friends and family. More

Impressive service Giau Luong was extremely patient,friendly and considerate with me while I was trying to decide which car I wanted. He made sure the car was in good working condition. I got new brakes and 2 new tires. I was very impressed with this dealership and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More

Excellent experience We came to this dealership to lease a new Rav4. We were immediately greeted by Howie who was very friendly and helpful. We were never pressured to buy, they answered all our questions open and honestly, and treated us with respect. This was by far the best car buying experience we've had. A+ Amazing Experience Since I relied heavily on user reviews and ratings, I thought I would share with you some of the details regarding my experience working with Howie an Since I relied heavily on user reviews and ratings, I thought I would share with you some of the details regarding my experience working with Howie and Kathie at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston.... First and foremost, they were always HONEST. During my car search, the Highlander was always my first choice car; I have confidence in the Toyota product and I just love the spaciousness, design, and drivability of it. But with a 60 mile/day commute in and out of Boston, I was concerned about the fuel efficiency and whether or not the Highlander would be practical for someone who will spend much time and many miles riding alone. Howie, the GM for this dealership, told me about his experiences driving the 2013 vs the 2014 Highlander models, and though he could have pushed me towards a fully loaded 2013 that he probably wanted off his lot, he told me that I would be better off with a lower level 2014 (because it really is that great). And he had no personal reason to push the 2014 because it had just come out and the model that I would have been interested in would require him do a search and a trade with another dealership. He was always up front about the mpg too. He could have tried to downplay the importance of the mpg but instead, we talked about the pros and cons relative to my lifestyle and needs. And if you can believe it, the mpg average that I am getting if even higher than what he said I might expect to get. (Its fuel efficiency is better than my CRV!) Second, both Howie and Kathie were extremely PATIENT with me. Due to my fuel efficiency concern, the inconvenient location of the dealership (for me personally- as it is not near where I live or work), budget, and other issues, I was a total pain to deal with it. I had a ton of questions. But no matter how many times I emailed them or called, they NEVER sounded frustrated, disappointed, or annoyed. They repeatedly said that it was fine to take the time I needed to make a decision I felt good about. Howie explained that it was his job, and not to worry because he was getting paid to help his customers. Meanwhile, Kathie always made herself available for me and even offered to deliver the new car to my home or workplace. Third, Howie presented an amazing price at the very the beginning. I explained to Howie during our first conversation that this would potentially be our 3rd car from Herb Chambers and that I was looking for a great deal. Howie was up front with the pricing (no games at all) the whole way through and made me an offer for the vehicle (including for my trade) that I could hardly refuse. Sure they made plenty of money from the sale, but I definitely walked away feeling happy and confident, knowing it was not only the best price I would find, but a great deal in general. Fourth, they demonstrated expertise in their profession and were knowledgeable of their products. Both Howie and Kathie were incredibly knowledgable about the car. Kathie was personable, friendly, and not at all pushy. She never made it seem as though the car sale was about her or that she was vested in me simply for her own personal gain. She was down to earth, quick to respond to email inquiries and phone calls, and hardworking. I enjoyed working with both Kathie and Howie every step of the way. If it were not for their honesty, patience, friendliness, fair pricing, and general expertise in the business, I don't know that I would have ended up owning a Highlander at all, or being this happy with my car or car buying experience in general. I highly recommend this dealership and these two individuals in particular. They were phenomenal. Meanwhile, they both said that the car would be amazing and they were right. The 2014 Highlander is out of this world A+ amazing too. More
