He was rude, walked away from me three times to assist other customers. Erased my name from the deal folder then did not even give me the correct paperwork to transfer the title in my state. Thank god this is not my home town dealer so never have to go there again. More

Good sales person, Terrible Service Dept I was switching from another manufacturer after doing business with one dealership for 30 years, and looking for a Ford dealer that I could stay with. The buying experience and price of the car we leased was very good. But then when the car needed service attention two months later I learned that this dealership does not have credible service support. It took 2 days and 3 calls to get someone in service to answer the phone and then my questions were brushed off by the man who answered. I let our salesperson know and he assured me that he would have service contact me quickly. That afternoon a woman did contact me and said that I needed to make an appointment and Saturday service was not available for my warranty issue. The first available appointment was over 3 weeks away! Really? A check engine light on a two month old car and this is when they could get it in? So I called another dealer and they got it in in 2 days. I called to speak to the Service Manager to let him know what happened and got his voice mail. He never returned my call. You got my business one time, Hines Park, but I am now about to purchase another car and you will not get it again. More

Terrible management, service department and body shop. So, here is my rant about a car dealer that my company and I have done business with for almost 10 years. We have put about $700k through that place w So, here is my rant about a car dealer that my company and I have done business with for almost 10 years. We have put about $700k through that place with the purchase of this vehicle. They wanted to charge me way over sticker for a truck that I ordered. We then settled on a $1500 over sticker. So, it's my belief that they sat on the order for almost 4 months before putting it through in the hopes that I would cancel my order. So they could then sell the truck at a bigger profit. I then take delivery. There was a paint chip in the passenger mirror upon delivery. Also, no spray in bed liner. So, we waited a few weeks and I thought it would be a good time to do it while I was in Dallas two weeks ago. I make arrangements and they never picked my truck up. So, I reschedule for last week. And what do you know. They finally do it. Now, by this time I have a bed extender and a tonneau cover on it. So, I return from New Hampshire on Saturday night. I don't get a look at my truck until Sunday morning. They painted the mirror and right where the paint chip was it had dirt on it when they painted it. Then they had to remove the bed extender and tonneau cover off. They didn't put either one of those together correctly. So, I fixed the bed extender and the tonneau cover! I learned a long time ago not to take a vehicle there for service. Now, I know that I will never do business with Hines Park Ford again. More

Honest Service I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires bec I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires because I had bad tread on them, they only charged me for the oil changed and even washed my car, What a surprise, they staff of: Janet, Don , Alan, and Amanda were extremely helpful, They dealership was open, bright and inviting and while waiting for my car to be done, everyone I met treated me with kindness. They shooked my hand and thanked me for my Business, The Honesty and Integrity of the service department to be commended< I will now only take my car here to be serviced from now on and should I ever be in the market for a vehicle, This is the dealership that I would choose ! More
