I was received efficiently and courteously by Herberth for my scheduled 24,000 checkup. He facilitated my getting transport off-site while my car was being serviced. He was well-spoken and went over the for my scheduled 24,000 checkup. He facilitated my getting transport off-site while my car was being serviced. He was well-spoken and went over the results of the inspection when I returned to the dealership. I was escorted to my vehicle when everything was reviewed and signed for. It is always a pleasant experience at Zeigler Hyundai of Racine. More

After my local shop said to scrap my car, Racine Hyuandi helped get me approved for engine replacement under a service campaign. They got back to me quickly when my car was towed there, got it approved for helped get me approved for engine replacement under a service campaign. They got back to me quickly when my car was towed there, got it approved for replacement the next day, set me up with a rental car, and had my car back to me within a week- with a brand new engine! Very efficient! More

Hate dealing with a car dealership or car salesperson? So do I and so do a vast majority of people - but for me only two things matter when it comes to the process of purchasing a car - respect and transp So do I and so do a vast majority of people - but for me only two things matter when it comes to the process of purchasing a car - respect and transparency. These two things are an absolute, otherwise I will walk out the door and head to another dealership. I didn't have to do that a Zeigler - I got the respect I deserve and the transparency I needed to make a rational decision about whether I could or should purchase my new car. The experience was as simple as that and the price I paid for my new car was more than fair. Purchasing a car in this manner is how it should be... for everyone at every dealer. Thank you, Zeigler Hyundai for making this purchase an easy, professional and pleasant experience. More

Just a sale to them!!! The staff was very nice during the sale, but as soon as I had a question about something on my new car I was just a sale to them!!! They would not return phone calls, mafe me drive all the way out there for something they could hace answered on the phone... I kept being told that this was going to better than any other time I bought a car...I would have to say it was the worse. Very disappointed!! The only positive was the service department! More
