Future Ford went above and beyond my expectations. I was in desperate need of getting out of my Nissan Titan which was costing me an arm and a leg in fuel costs. My credit was horrible and I had already bee in desperate need of getting out of my Nissan Titan which was costing me an arm and a leg in fuel costs. My credit was horrible and I had already been turned down elsewhere. I was really skeptical I could get deal anywhere. Was I surprised when Tony and Eric were able to make things happen in my favor! Not only am I going to save a ton on gas, they were able to lower my monthly car payments! I'm truly grateful for their hard work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone! Our experience was a good one. We especially liked the salesman Darren with help from Fernando. The follow-up has been very good so far from the customer relations office Vinny. There were numerous outages with the computer which delayed the time to complete the contract. It was exhausting and it probably made it more difficult for us to understand the contract completely. In any case overall we are very pleased with the vehicle and the purchase. More

I only stayed so David and Ray could get a commission on the sell because they were so accommodating... NOT because I was OK with the management that would not OK a better price. I may recommend the dealership to another, but will not use them for "MY" next car purchase - which will be near the beginning of the year (2014). Hector was very professional and should get a raise. More
