Beyond the salesperson, who was very good, the managers I dealt with both have to start listening to clients. They dominate the conversation to the point of converting a dialogue into a monologue. I got used car without a spare, a Jack kit or even the spare tire carrier the car was originally equipped with. I would avoid Greentree like a leper colony. More
