He always delivers as a Manager in Service and was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new BMW from Hadi. After having tremendous difficulty with the auto mated sales function through herb chambers and speaking with many un-informed sales reps, who never knew who I was when I called or what car I was interested or didn't provide answers on stock numbers and availability, I finally called Mark and asked his assistance in identifying a knowledgeable and well-informed sales rep. Mark suggested Hadi. Hadi was pleasant, communicative, collaborative, and overall attentive throughout the entire sales purchase. During the sales cycle, he even needed to take a holiday and during that time he answered my emails and offered assistance. I told him I appreciate his responsiveness and didn't want to work with anyone else. If the car was not available when he gets back, we would just work to find another that met expectations. The relationship and the communication of the sale was more important then the actual car itself. I appreciate the time and dedication both of these employees delivered and hope that you share this positive review with them as well. More

I just ordered a new 330i wagon in December for my wife ( with her permission and input of course). I was fortunate to talk to Hadi in the showroom and I was so impressed with his NO pressure attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about the options and process. My wife who is extremely fussy about who she feels with felt so relaxed and welcomed by Hadi. Hadi gave us the BEST price that we could get after shopping around. He kept us updated throw the ordering and building process and the car arrived on the date that he established for us. Today we picked up the car and had allowed an hour or so to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were 100% pleased before a service rep taught my wife how to operate all of the systems in the car. She just told me that in 40 years, she had never met a nicer more sincere salesman. We are in Real Estste sales so we know.... This man was really relaxed and didn’t make up stories... He gave us the facts and he even introduced me to the general manager who was as warm and welcoming..... My son is going over this week to order a new 330i sedan from Hadi.. as an attorney, he my be impressed by only knowegable and authentic salespeople.... He is wonderful...
