A great experience today at Nimnicht Buick GMC Usually I dread the time to purchase a vehicle. My experiences at car dealerships haven't been that great. Today my salesman, Brian Yarbrough went Usually I dread the time to purchase a vehicle. My experiences at car dealerships haven't been that great. Today my salesman, Brian Yarbrough went over and beyond. Brian was never pushy and extremely helpful thru the time I was at the dealership. He took his time, worked hard and diligently in order to get the price agreeable with the dealership and I. He knew, it was a long day, insisted on buying lunch. He also was extremely apologetic about the time it was taking, but a few ihours isn't bad when purchasing a vehicle you're happy with. Brian was concerned and wanted me to be happy with my vehicle. He allowed it to be test driven, took it back for a detail. I was shocked, Brian took the initiative to go back and personally make sure the vehicle would be in pristine shape when it rolled out. Brian made sure that every little imperfection was documented and taking care of, even if I didnt see it. Needless to say my car rolled out with a superb detail job, I was shocked. Also made sure I had all the little goodies that come with buying a vehicle. My stress was 0 today, thanks to Brian. I will definitely come back asking for Brian. More
