My last visit was for an oil change. I expressed to the sales associate. That I didn’t have my phone with me that day. I told him I left it at home. He said that was okay he just needed I expressed to the sales associate. That I didn’t have my phone with me that day. I told him I left it at home. He said that was okay he just needed my phone number to check me in. He told me it would be an hour for my service. I told him that would be fine and that I would be waiting in the waiting room. So when it was done some one could let me know. I watched the clock. At an hour and 20 minutes I asked the lady at the information desk if she could check on my car. My car was done. The sales associate told me he left a message on my phone that it was done. When I got home I checked my phone. He called and left a message and a text. That it was done and ready to be picked up. The messages where left 45 minutes before I inquired if my car was done. More

So this is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Lithia in the last 1.5 and I couldn't be happier with the team there.
