polite and friendly with good maintenance I always choose Hamilton VW to service my Jetta (and my previous VWs as well). They are good at figuring out what the problems are and let me know a I always choose Hamilton VW to service my Jetta (and my previous VWs as well). They are good at figuring out what the problems are and let me know about the next required service. This visit was pretty minor stuff, but it was taken care of promptly and I was called back within a few hours. You can also get a preferred customer discount, which is nice. I always like discounts! More

Friendly customer service I have been bringing my Volkswagen Beetle here for service for years. Everyone is always so friendly and they greet me by my first name when I arrive I have been bringing my Volkswagen Beetle here for service for years. Everyone is always so friendly and they greet me by my first name when I arrive. Both Ginny and Melissa always take great care of me and my service technician Eric is wonderful. My car media system mysteriously started talking in Russian and Eric worked so hard to resolve that problem. Everyone goes over and beyond and I really appreciate it. More
