This dealership service installed a poor quality battery Early this week I went for an oil change and I was told that the battery which this dealership installed one year ago is close to approaching low char Early this week I went for an oil change and I was told that the battery which this dealership installed one year ago is close to approaching low charge that may require replacement soon. I am quite disappointed with this report because with my experience of owning cars, I never had a battery that needed replacement after 3 or more years, let alone a little more than a year. I just hope they give me a pro-rated refund in case my van would need a battery replacement on my next oil change visit. More
