Recently purchased a 2011 BMW 550I from this dealership. When I went to test drive the car it was new to the lot. So the mechanic or detailer never got a chance to look at it. SO before purchasing I told When I went to test drive the car it was new to the lot. So the mechanic or detailer never got a chance to look at it. SO before purchasing I told the sr. sales person that It had a few issues that needed to be addressed. He swore that his mechanic would make sure all issue were to be taken care of before I took possession. The car went in for there "100" point inspection and to address any issues. After I took ownership of the vehicle the sales person "Gil" told me the car was ready for pick up. I then decided to take the car to my personal mechanic because the car still was not 100 percent correct. Found out the brakes are just about gone, there are 20 error codes on the scanner, and there was a gouge in the rear driver side tire, as well as a oil leak from the valve cover gasket. All things that nissan mechanic should have found and resolved. I contacted the sales guy and he ignored my texts. I will never recommend buying a used car from them, and I will not ever send business their way if this is how they treat there customers. Highly Disappointed Robert C More
