I needed to get out of my lease I have been a loyal Ford girl for the last 8 years. All my previous vehicles were leased from AutoNation Ford in WBL. I needed to get out of my lease and into a new vehicle and shopped at a few different dealerships but came back to AutoNation. Long story short, I was left in the used parking lot by myself for over an hour when I had an appointment. I left in tears and looked up another Ford dealership and came across NorthLand Ford. I called Jerry and he said he could help me. so I came in and he pulled 4 vehicles that met my needs. He knew my situation was tricky with getting out of my lease, but he still managed to find me exactly what I was looking for. Yesterday I left with a beautiful Ford Edge and I couldn’t be happier! The entire process was stress free and I was taken care of. NorthLand Ford also has the best selection of used vehicles in the metro area! First I was sold a 2013 Ford escape for almost 24K. While driving home I realized it wasn't even the model I'd chosen from the lot. So I promptly returned it the following Monday; and chose a 2017 Ford conFu driving home I realized it wasn't even the model I'd chosen from the lot. So I promptly returned it the following Monday; and chose a 2017 Ford conFusion instead. The thing that still bothers me is the paperwork I received in the mail for the bait and switch gokart. The report said I was never approved for that purchase and a credit report was not pulled. 5 different lenders yanked my credit that day and I wouldn't have driven away in a car I didn't qualify for. Also; they cut my trade in value in half towards the 2nd sale which was bull xxxxxxxxx because I just bought all new tires and the brakes were brand new also. I feel like I really got screwed by this place and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a new/used/stolen gokart. More
