I was treated really well here, especially being taken care of by Yvette. The price was very set in stone but the finance team did try very hard to get me to my payment wants. I also appreciate George and his continual insistence of helping me getting into the car with what was my max amount monthly I was willing to pay, however he truly dedicated himself to getting that amount for me. However there was little room to negotiate price on the used car nonetheless I do love it. More

Would not recommend buying a used vehicle from McGrath. We had a 4 hour drive to the dealership so we negotiated a price ahead of time. We arrived and the vehicle was not "in great shape with no damage". Had scratches that were deep enough to leave dents and they were filled with black paint on a red car. There was a hole in the taillight that was covered in clear tape. Interior was bad enough that when a manger came out he apologized that "it looks like crap". They refused to fix the problem and wouldn't lower the price to compensate. Maybe they're good at selling new cars. More

Felt at ease and smooth process! After several weeks of research for a used Honda CR-V, finally came across 2 at this dealer. Went in on a weekday night, was instantly greeted by the manager and he showed us over to Max. He was very nice and easy to talk to, explained a lot of our options regarding the car and financing. Didn't seem like he was trying to lowball us or make us get any "additional" things with the deal that we didn't need. We went back the next day as it was getting late to purchase the car. The paperwork did take forever, but we were able to leave with the car. Easy process for the most part, Max was really great and helpful! Would definitely recommend him if you are searching for a car at St. Charles. Even after purchasing the car (which was certified), there were a couple of things on the report that were overlooked and he told me to bring in the car, took it back in on a Saturday morning when it was really busy, and he was able to have it looked at and fixed without a problem. More
