Excellent Out-of-State experience I recently purchased a 2015 Q7 from George Faccio at Biener Audi. I live in Michigan, and was looking for a blue Q7; not many were left, but Biener ha I recently purchased a 2015 Q7 from George Faccio at Biener Audi. I live in Michigan, and was looking for a blue Q7; not many were left, but Biener had one. I called the dealership, and was lucky to get George as my salesperson. He was very thorough, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The out-of-state sale required much more time, paperwork and details than a normal transaction. George did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about the paperwork, financing and shipping info. The dealership even agreed to split the shipping cost, which was a great perk. George has called me several times since we received the vehicle, just to make sure we were happy & to see if we had any questions about the options. I would not hesitate to recommend George and Biener Audi to anyone, and would buy from them again, if circumstances warranted it. More
