I received a recommendation for Ed and came pre-approved to avoid the hassle and haggling. I knew all specifics and have had only Hondas in the the family since 1991. After having the CU confirm overnighting of the check, having the car of choice transported from TPA...I'm told I have to wait or fill out the credit application to take the car. I chose the former. The total disregard for my intellect was down right ridiculous. Why would I fill out another application with the Finance Department after already committing to my CU and putting down $2000? I had a similar experience with Crown Honda in 2004 and a dear friend had an experience in 2006. Eventually, I did receive my car and I'm grateful to Gene and Ed for their help. I believe in solutions if there is a compliant. Have a clear customer term friendly checklist for the customer. Note an asterisk by the non negotiable items i.e. although we have a commitment from a federally funded institution with proven credentials-we still need you to fill out Honda's financing or allow us to hold a check for $5000. Needless to say the experience left me unable to recommend another person to go through purchasing a car from Crown if the Finance Department has to be involved. Sales, the overall feel of the dealership, time it took to select the car and Ed's attitude were fantastic. More

From totaled car to new car in less than 24 hours Someone ran into and totaled my car while it was parked on the street. I came out of work to find it. I had leased the car for a year and was now with Someone ran into and totaled my car while it was parked on the street. I came out of work to find it. I had leased the car for a year and was now without a car. The next morning I drove right from Enterprise in my rental to Crown Honda, found out from my insurance the car was totaled, and was talking to Hugo Gonzalez about leasing a new car. We walked the lot, I told him exactly what I wanted and we found a newer model of the exact Honda Accord I had. I test drove it, we deliberated and worked out the numbers and I literally signed and drove the car off the lot. Hugo also helped me return my rental car at Enterprise and drove me back to the dealership so I could take my new car home. I had a wonderful experience at Crown Honda. Hugo was awesome, and the manager and finance manager were a pleasure to work with. My new car had multiple upgrades I didn't have with my old car and included everything I previously had. It was almost like the accident never happened. I would highly recommend Crown Honda and especially Hugo Gonzalez. He went above and beyond for me! More

Awesome Experience I was in a Range Rover and worried about the cost of repairs. I am now in a Honda Accord Sport with a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. Very satisfied with all Honda personnel upon entering Honda deal ship I was greeted with a curtious sales man. Asked if I needed help, I said I had an appointment with John Furr regarding le upon entering Honda deal ship I was greeted with a curtious sales man. Asked if I needed help, I said I had an appointment with John Furr regarding leasing a Honda vehicle. John was paged and immediately made his presence known. We introduced each other and began to discuss the right vehicle for my wife. John was very patient, answered every question I asked, which were many. Deciding on a new CR-V, we went out to the lot to view each model. John explained very option and its performance rating after which he suggested for me to test drive. We drove at different speeds and I was pleasantly surprised how well the CR-V drove. We went back to the office to consider a leasing program. Since my wife wasn't with me I told him I would be back the next with her. John did one better by allowing me to take home the vehicle I test drove. My wife really liked the vehicle and with John we agreed to a lease program. Again, John was very patient, helpful and explained very throughly the terms of the lease. We signed a 39 month lease and upon delivery John went through all the opinions, which was very helpful. John Furr is a great asset to Honda, has a great personality, easy to talk to, answers all questions in a professional manner and never pressured us into leasing. Finally, I would also like to mention that all the Honda staff were very friendly, especially Gene Nigro & Ed Mitchum. I would definetly recommend Crown Honda.
