The Best Lexus Dealership on the Planet! What more can I say? I have been a customer of WOODFIELD LEXUS for 28 years when they opened their first dealership on Higgins Road in Schaumburg. I h What more can I say? I have been a customer of WOODFIELD LEXUS for 28 years when they opened their first dealership on Higgins Road in Schaumburg. I have leased or bought over 50 automobiles during those 28 years and I have NEVER had a complaint or problem with WOODFIELD LEXUS. Their management, sales force, technicians, and support staff are the best; there simply is no one better.Their current location on East Golf Road in Schaumburg is beautiful as well as state of the art. If you are shopping for a LEXUS, then WOODFIELD Lexus IS the ONLY dealer you should shop. You will thank me for this advice!! More

I had been looking for months Fred saw me looking at the RX selections in the lot and introduced himself. His personable approach to the test drive and the absolute high quality o Fred saw me looking at the RX selections in the lot and introduced himself. Two days later we negotiated a trade in price for my 2013 and I left with the deal I was hoping for. I will definitely look to Woodfield for my next purchase. Caryn is completely versed in making the finances work and a pleasure to deal with, too! More

Poor dealer to work with! I was met by Fred Ahmadi and found him to be very rude, after 30 minutes or so he told me "I have to make money". So I left and purchased a new LS 46 I was met by Fred Ahmadi and found him to be very rude, after 30 minutes or so he told me "I have to make money". So I left and purchased a new LS 460 at Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. I would NEVER recommend Woodfield Lexus. More

Returning customer............. Was disappointed in 'delivery process' when I picked up my NEW vehicle. There were too many 'evasive' responses to my questions. The tech advisor Was disappointed in 'delivery process' when I picked up my NEW vehicle. There were too many 'evasive' responses to my questions. The tech advisor hurried through the explanation of all the technology advances on my new car. I wanted the 'Ultimate Protection' option, but after taking delivery, I discovered many flaws in the application, which resulted in my having to bring car back to dealer the next day. I did get a loner, but had to return to dealer to pick up car ( with 126 miles on odometer) and no one even apologized for my inconvenience. Most recent service visit resulted in my leaving service and later discovering grease (or oil) footprints on the drivers side carpeting. Again I had to return to dealer to get problem resolved. ( Tonya was very accommodating and apologetic.) I actually paid a few hundred dollars more for my car than an nearby Lexus dealership, but always felt comfortable dealing with Fred and the service department. I am hoping I did not make a bad judgment call this time. More
