Polite, friendly and professional service. I was looking for a new car and they were very low pressure and actually got to know you before selling you a car. They did not upcharge the car by selling over MSRP, they did not require a purchase of a maintenance package or other additional items like other dealers. They were upfront with MSRP and costs of the vehicle including comparing trim levels and different cars. Appreciated the honesty in which they do business. More

I had a very serious issue with a vehicle that I purchased from D’Arcy. This was NOT a dealer problem but a Hyundai corporate issue. Once Mr. D’Arcy became aware of my problem he immediately became involved and took extraordinary steps to remedy and solve my problem. This outstanding service reflects the attitude and thoughts that Mr. D’Arcy has instilled in his dealerships of customer service, that all members of his staff follow. Let me tell you, D'Arcy is the best dealership around! ! I have purchased and sold a number of vehicles in the past few years and my experience here is the best yet! I initially reached out on their websit ! I have purchased and sold a number of vehicles in the past few years and my experience here is the best yet! I initially reached out on their website and within a couple of hours, Hannah reached out to assist me. Finally, she made me feel it would be worth while to make the hour commute to the showroom for an appraisal. I came in, unsatisfied with my previous dealer I have been working with for the past four years. Phil understood my concerns and worked diligently to ensure I was taken care of. They gave me an exceptional offer on my trade in and were very fair when negotiating and purchasing my new Sonata Limited! I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Five stars! Just have to give a shout out to Jimmy. He was recommended on reviews so I asked for him and so glad I spoke with him. He was nothing but honest for the car buying experience. He showed me exactly what I asked for. This is a bad time to buy due to the chip shortage and he was honest about it. He didn’t try to sell me on their used cars on the lot when the brand new cars are cheaper. He was extremely nice and helpful. He stayed in contact and requested a rush order when the car didn’t come in the day it should have. He stayed late the day it came in to make sure that I was able to get it that day. Joliet is one of the few that doesn’t sell over the MSRP. Nobody tried to sell you up on anything. Finance can be intimating but not with them. It was two questions and then signed if you want too. Highly recommend Jimmy though for anybody. Even if you have to wait for a car, it’s such a better experience to go through them. You are paying less in the long run as well. More

I was very impressed with the new Tucson that I leased. Jimmy Kociuba was my salesman as I have bought several vehicles from Darcy and he always makes it happen. Francisco made the closing very easy. As long as Hyundai comes out with a vehicle that I am interested in, I will always go back to Darcy. We have a long relationship. More
