WOW, that kind of sums it up. I hate buying new cars, in fact when I pulled up to the dealership I thought here we go this is going to be a high pressure sales pitch. To my surprise this was one of the best fact when I pulled up to the dealership I thought here we go this is going to be a high pressure sales pitch. To my surprise this was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. Chris was very helpful in searching for the car I was looking for, NO pressure at all. Fernando was a pleasure to work with also, it was like sitting down talking to an old friend, before I knew it I was driving off in my new 2013 Ford Escape. LOVE IT!!!!! Thank you so much Future Ford of Clovis I will definitely buy again from them, in fact we are going in this weekend to look at the Ford Fusion. The experience we encountered made us a Future Ford customer forever. We were given the best deal possible and even parted with our 1996 Explorer that we had driven since 1996. Loved the new Edge and customer forever. We were given the best deal possible and even parted with our 1996 Explorer that we had driven since 1996. Loved the new Edge and did not need a SUV as large as an Explorer. Opted for the Edge as it suited our needs perfectly. The Sales Team, Management and Financial personnel were very professional yet made us very comfortable to discuss any issue with them. They spent alot of time with us and give us the best deal they could offer. We enjoyed every moment while there and was given every courtsey as a customer even though there was no guarantee of a sale. We, of course, purchased the Edge and are loving it.
