My son bought an Audi from Farzy. He was thoughtful and considerate. We looked at the car on Tuesday night and told Farsi that we would come back on Wednesday to purchase the vehicle. On Wednesday mornin considerate. We looked at the car on Tuesday night and told Farsi that we would come back on Wednesday to purchase the vehicle. On Wednesday morning, Farsi sent a video of himself next to the car highlighting all the features. It was obvious that he spent a lot of his own time making the video. When we arrived at the dealership on Wednesday, we did not see the vehicle. We thought someone else had purchased it. To our surprise, it was parked on the side with a huge tag that had my sons name on it. Farsi was kind and understanding throughout the entire transaction. The dealership was immaculate with coffee and snacks available. I would definitely Refer my friends and family to Farzy More

My experience at Audi Ontario was AMAZING, Farzy Rashid helped me get the exact car that I wanted, I let him know which one and as soon as they got it he got me the car! The BEST experience I have ever had in a dealership. I was looking for a car for my son and had been having trouble finding a dealership that was honest and transparent on pricing. I was so frustrated. was looking for a car for my son and had been having trouble finding a dealership that was honest and transparent on pricing. I was so frustrated. I ended up going to Audi Ontario to look at a used 2018 Honda Civic. Farzy Rashid came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and polite. I asked about the car and what add on's, accessories or hidden fees were going to be added to the asking price. He said they would honor the internet price and that there were no extras...the price was actually the price!! I admit I was skeptical and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but Farzy was honest, transparent and just a joy to deal with. He was patient and answered my many questions. Dean took care of my financing and documents and was just as easy and honest to deal with, I was in and out of the dealer in an hour and a half with a very nice first car for my son. If you are looking for a car, you definitely need to go see Farzy at Audi. He will treat you right!! My lease on my Lexus is up next year and I'll be headed over to see him to get a new car! Wish I could give both Farzy and Audi Ontario 10 stars!!! More
