Euna immediately made me feel comfortable with the very daunting process of car-buying. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and focused on my particular needs. She took an inordinate amount of time to explain the benefits of new vs. "loaner" cars, and walked me through the process of owning vs. leasing. She then helped pick the perfect car for me - color and all! Euna has followed up on every detail with emails and phone calls, and made me feel as though I'm part of the BMW of Tenafly family. Kudos also to Landon Greer. Completing the paperwork was surprisingly fast and simple, with every question I had answered thoroughly. Best BMW dealership around - and I will certainly get my next car here! More
