LOVE My New BMW and My Experience with Euna I wasn't sure I wanted a BMW but after looking at one, I decided it would be my next car. We were paired with Euna Wilson and couldn't have had a bett I wasn't sure I wanted a BMW but after looking at one, I decided it would be my next car. We were paired with Euna Wilson and couldn't have had a better experience. She searched for and found the exact car I wanted down to the specific wheels and rims on my wish list. Euna kept in touch with me via email, sending photos of the car to confirm it was the right one. When I picked up the car, she made sure it was in perfect condition and immaculate. She even wiped down the back window when it got window-washer fluid on it! With so many technical aspects in the car, it was great to have a tutorial to explain the features and make me feel more comfortable driving away. I had so many questions and he was able to answer all of them. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the employee who did it so well for me. Completing the "paper-work" with Landon Greer was an efficient and smooth process. He explained the details completely and it was finished quickly too. I'm really happy to be driving the new BMW and thank Euna for her service More

We drove 2 hours from Connecticut for her because Ms. Wilson was so great! When we arrived the dealer, Ms. Wilson was not at her desk and it was def worth to wait a little for her. She was so friendly and no pressure at all. She understood different situations and gave us enough time to look around and test drive the car. I highly recommend her to everyone. The manager Vincent also is an awesome guy! He gave us the best deal as he can, even it was a little higher than my "ideal" number, but it was realistic! Overall I had a such a good experience with them. I def will get my next BMW from them. More
