Great experience with this dealer. My water failed on the last month of my CPO warranty and after the initial repairs, the car had additional residual issues that surfaced months later. This dealership worke last month of my CPO warranty and after the initial repairs, the car had additional residual issues that surfaced months later. This dealership worked with Lexus to document the issues and fought the case to make sure that my repairs were covered under the expired warranty since the new issues were likely a consequence of the old failure while the warranty was valid. They did a great job of being transparent, providing clear expectations and empathizing with me as a customer. I was able to get all the repair costs covered by Lexus due to the hard work of the employees and manager at this dealership. Along with the loaner car I was provided, they did a great job of taking a horrible situation and making it as pleasant as possible. More
