I had worked with quite a few other dealers in terms of finding the right "deal." But nobody was able to beat the deal I received from the group over at Dave Walter. Dave and Eric worked extremely hard to find a great deal for me, and after a couple hours of working out the terms/ having the car detailed I was able to drive the car home that night. I look forward to working with them again, and have recommended them to quite a few of my friends already. More

This was our second vehicle purchase from Eric Eisenhart at Dave Walter. We had extenuating circumstances with our purchases and both experiences were nothing short of awesome! We had a 428i coupe' that we weren't 100% pleased with, but had another year to go in our lease. Eric suggested we look into swapalease.com. He explained the concept and after further investigation we decided to give it a try. A week later, we were completely through the process with BMW Financial and our vehicle was going to be gone in a few days. Sounds great, but we needed to find a new car and quick! We were interested in a X4 but there were none on the lot. What we thought would be a problem was no match for this dealership. Eric helped us build the X4 of our dreams, and in the mean time, offered us a free loaner until our new car was delivered. We didn't even need to ask! Eric and Dave Walter BMW, as a whole, truly get the meaning of amazing customer service. When an individual can anticipate your every need and have the complete support of their dealership behind them, there isn't much more you could ask for. The people at Dave Walter BMW just get it and make car buying exciting again! More

David and Eric made the process very smooth and painless and were knowledgeable in the BMW Individual ordering process - something not every BMW dealership in the area is well versed at. From the moment I contacted the dealership thru email to the moment I had my car re-delivered at the dealership after taking official delivery of the car in Munich, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I have a voice command iPhone issue and they have spent hours figuring it out. They have driven in the car 3 times with me and even tested their own iPhones to fix this. They have spent time continually with BMW techs to get this right. All you can ask for in a service relationship is that they treat you with respect and honesty. Above and Beyond Just picked you my 328xd. I had a great experience working with Eric Eisenhart and David Theado. I was looking for the diesel version of the 3 series Just picked you my 328xd. I had a great experience working with Eric Eisenhart and David Theado. I was looking for the diesel version of the 3 series and wasn't able to find it at my local BMW dealership. In fact, the sales person at that dealership told me the diesel wasn't stock very well and typically, the only way to get one was to order it. Well my trip to Dave Walter proved that information to be incorrect and they had several models with varying options. Outside of the selection, Eric's knowledge of the vehicle was impeccable. But the icing on the cake was that David Threado actually picked me up from my home and peronally drove me to the dealership on the day i was to pick up my car. More

And very importatntly, they had the right vehicle (color and options) in stock with a good lease deal. Any anxieties were completely calmed with a BMW Teddy Bear that was graciously thrown in with the deal! More
