Bought an new Tacoma from Eric and was very happy everything. He was honest about having to order one since the inventory is low everywhere. The ordering process was easy and he kept me up to speed o everything. He was honest about having to order one since the inventory is low everywhere. The ordering process was easy and he kept me up to speed on progress of production and delivery. Picking it up when when available was super easy and NO hidden suprises or fees. Everyone was helpful and knew their job at Toyota of DM. Very happy with the whole buying experience. More

We came in to buy a used car for our kids. We worked with Eric on the purchase and he was very helpful. The car had a couple things that needed attention before we bought it and Eric kept us up to date with Eric on the purchase and he was very helpful. Great vehicle purchase I bought a used Volkswagen from Toyota of Des Moines for a commuter vehicle. My salesman, Eric Cornelison was great! He had the car ready and waiting I bought a used Volkswagen from Toyota of Des Moines for a commuter vehicle. My salesman, Eric Cornelison was great! He had the car ready and waiting when I arrived for a test drive, explained all of the features of the car to help me make a decision but never once pressured me to buy this or any other car on the lot. His philosophy is ‘the customer knows their car needs’. I really appreciated him being available for my questions but not influencing my decision. The car has been great so far. Everyone at the dealership was nice and respectful. As a single woman, I really appreciated that! More
