No one told me I had to check in with the cashier in order for them to bring my car to the front. Waited an hour after my service advisor said that my car service was complete, that I would receive a t order for them to bring my car to the front. Waited an hour after my service advisor said that my car service was complete, that I would receive a text message when my car is ready. I never received a text message, I got tired of waiting after an hour and checked in with the cashier. Cashier told me that my car is ready and I was suppose to check in with the cashier in order for my car to be pulled to the front. More

Service was quick and efficient. I enjoy working with Eric Chung who keeps me updated on my car’s status. The service tracking system is digital now, so I can also see the progress I enjoy working with Eric Chung who keeps me updated on my car’s status. The service tracking system is digital now, so I can also see the progress and review the service/invoice and pay online as well. It also speeds up the car pick up. I’m glad they still have a cashier so that I could apply my AAA discount. More
