When they were on Merle hay rd they were great. When they moved to the location they are at now they have completely gone to xxxx. Basic service & Emily were very good. But I have come to feel that Toyota service is all about finding additional work. I have been surprised each of myblast 3 visits by the cost of recom But I have come to feel that Toyota service is all about finding additional work. I have been surprised each of myblast 3 visits by the cost of recommended work, e.g., swollen lug nuts!?! [Prior visit], $75 to replace cabiin air filter: a$15-20 part and a 5 minute job, this visit. It was an easy fix for me; I would have appreciated a little guidance as to my options. Why not mention how easy it is? Some folks would still prefer to have you do it. More
