Great on service quality. Mediocre on speed. Low on customer experience. First visit here. Everyone (including me) came in looking for coffee (every other service department h Mediocre on speed. Being cold in the waiting area made having no coffee even worse. I didn't know how things worked, so I wasn't checking my phone for their texts and quote (I was working on my laptop). The service person hadn't given me a heads-up. I think fewer would come here if there was any competition. More

Thanks for your prompt service on the recall of my truck. It ended up not being a problem and I was in the next day and out in less than an hour after my appt time. I've always been happy with my service there but my last appointment was less than perfect. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn't even get a service advisor report for over an hour. And it was there for almo appointment was less than perfect. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn't even get a service advisor report for over an hour. And it was there for almost 2 hours total for a simple oil change. That really shouldn't happen if I'm a waiter and I have an appointment it should all be taking place within 1 hour at least. I like being there I like the service you give but I think you need to improve this as it was my worst experience to date. I hope this message simply serves as a way to be sure things are improved. Scheduling is very flexible. Reminders come in text, email- however you want them. Appointments are on time, efficient and well explained before sending you on your way.
