This dealership does nothing to go above and beyond. The service you get is average at best. I received a recommendation to change my cabin air filter, and I think that that text message was misleading The service you get is average at best. I received a recommendation to change my cabin air filter, and I think that that text message was misleading Because at the top of the text message, it said zero for additional cost that turned out not to be true. My vehicle does not have GPS. In previous years with the previous car, I scheduled service at least 12 to 15 times to figure out why the Necessary applications I had to download to use my phone For directions was not working. It wasn’t until almost 2 years later that I finally was told that it was designed for an iPhone, not an android. I consider that exceptionally poor service. I use this dealership for service As it is the closest dealership for service. I have not purchased my last three vehicles there because I get better prices when I go to Omaha Toyota dealership when I’m purchasing a car. More

The service rep I had didn’t listen to a word I said, just rattled off his speech. When the 60000 mile check up was complete there was no mention on the paperwork about the two slow leaks in my tires. T just rattled off his speech. I took the vehicle to a tire shop for the repair. This is the second time I’ve had this issue. More
