My experience throughout that process left me feeling dismissed and unappreciated. I understand the challenges your industry face. Although it has been 35 years, I was Honda sales representative in San Jose, Ca. The serious shortage of service technicians, compounded by the prices of new cars & trucks must make 100% customer satisfaction seem almost impossible. Should you still strive to achieve it?
